INGREDIENTS
2 Large Yams
2Tbs butter (oil for Dairy Free)
1Tbs brown sugar
1Tbs Dukkah
DIRECTIONS
Peel and dice 2 yams
Mix with butter, brown sugar and Dukkah, salt to taste
Roast uncovered at 350ºF until tender.
