Water Service Fee    $0.35 per person

Provide ice for glassware, pour and maintain water at seated tables.

Family-Style Salad Service    $0.50 per person

Served on family-style platters brought to each table where guests serve themselves.

Family-Style Dinner Service    $1.00 per person

Served on family-style platters brought to each table where guests serve themselves.

Family-Style Dessert Service    $0.50 per person

Served on family-style platters brought to each table where guests serve themselves.

Plated Salad Service    $1.00 per person

Salad is individually plated and served to each guest at their table.

Plated Dinner Service    $2.00 per person

Dinner is individually plated and served to each guest at their table.

Plated Dessert Service    $1.00 per person

Dessert is individually plated and served to each guest at their table.

Cake Cutting Fee   $1.00 per person

Includes table setup, cutting, serving, and clean up

Ice Cream Service $1.50 per person

For table setup, scooping & serving ice cream, table cleanup. Ice cream scoops provided. Client is responsible for providing tubs of ice cream, coolers for storage, ice & salt for keeping it chill, cups, spoons & cones.

Pie Cutting Service  $1.00 per person

For table setup, cutting, serving, and clean up.

​

Champagne Toast   $0.75 per person

Pour and distribute individual glasses of champagne

​

Scrape & Stack     $1 per person

If you have your own rentals/plates, we will happily bus the tables and scrape/stack the plates and utensils at the conclusion of the meal

​

Dishwashing   $2 per person

If you have your own plates/rentals for your event, or if the venue provides all smallware, the dishwashing service is offered at the discretion of the Catering Manager. A commercial dishwasher on-site is required for this service. If not, the Scrape & Stack service is available.

Double Buffet $50.00

Two buffet lines requested by the client

 

Napkin Folding Service  $.25 each

Fold and prepare napkins for the table setting

 

Travel charges

Minimum travel fee within Missoula City $15​

Outside Missoula city limits, the travel fee is $2 per mile, round trip, and includes 2 vehicles bringing staff and gear/food to your event location
