Ethiopian Berbere Spice Blend
Really EASY!!!
1 lb shrimp
½ lb bacon
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Berberé
salt to taste
Wrap each shrimp in slice of bacon and skewer
Toss in XVOO, lemon, Berberé & salt
Cook on grill or pan fry
