Served with an assortment of sauces and small bites Salsa Verde Salsa Criolla - citra marinated onion Peruvian Tamale - vegetarian tamale with queso fresco Salsa Macha - peanut salsa with ancho and guajillo peppers Torrejas De Espinaca - Peruvian Vegetable Fritters with spinach and onion Vegetable Pachamanca - rich and spicy blend of marinated and roasted vegetables Ceviche - shrimp, crab, cucumber, and watermelon radish. Served with house made chips Seco De Cordero (Peruvian Lamb Stew) - Rich and hearty stew of lamb and vegetables with earthy spice blend and bright herbal accents. Maduros: (Baked Sweet Plantains) - whole plantain baked with clarified butter and zesty achiote spice blend Arrocito: (Peruvian Cilantro Rice) - with onion, cumin, cilantro, and garlic Picarones - Traditional Peruvian donut made with sweet potato and winter squash, drizzled with an orange and anise syrup Flor de Arena Tea - small portion cup of light Andean tea. Sip between bites to cleanse the palate ___________________ Price includes the entire menu above packaged for curbside pick-up, as well as gratuities for your Silk Road Catering Team! Exact directions for curbside pickup will be sent with your confirmation email after booking. Meals will be packaged in compostable or recyclable containers suitable for the number of dinners you ordered, all boxed family style. For example, if you ordered multiple dinners, all the cold items will be packaged together, and all the warm items together. (Nobody wants their steak sauce to smother their dessert!) Utensils are not included. This is a fixed menu. Alterations and substitutions are not available. Some dietary restrictions can easily be accommodated, others not as easy with a fixed menu.
