Be My Valentine! TWO NIGHTS: Friday 2/13 and Saturday 2/14 MENU Hors d'oeuvre INVOLTINI DI ASPARAGI E PROSCIUTTO- mini bundle of asparagus, wrapped in prosciutto, seared and drizzled with tarragon cream sauce. Salade STRAWBERRY SALAD spinach, gorgonzola, spiced walnuts, strawberries, strawberry balsamic vinaigrette. Entrée PORCHETTA AUX CHAMPIGNONS - savory roulade of pork loin, basil, parmesan, proscuitto and mushroom duxelle (finely chopped mushrooms, shallots, herbs satueed in butter into a thick savory paste) - roasted and sliced and drizzled with cognac cream sauce CASSOULET - rich and hearty french stew of duck breast, vegetables, and white beans. CARROTTES A L'ESTRAGON - delicate and tangy sauteed carrots with sherry, shallots, and fragrant tarragon. Dessert LOVER'S MACARON, a Valentine's take on the classic meringue-based French sandwich-style cookie - chewy almond meringue heart-shaped cookies sandwiched around rich white chocolate. Bookings close MONDAY, 2/09 ___________________ Price includes the entire menu above packaged for curbside pick-up, as well as gratuities for your Silk Road Catering Team! Exact directions for curbside pickup will be sent with your confirmation email after booking. Meals will be packaged in compostable or recyclable containers suitable for the number of dinners you ordered, all boxed family style. For example, if you ordered multiple dinners, all the cold items will be packaged together, and all the warm items together. (Nobody wants their steak sauce to smother their dessert!) Utensils are not included. This is a fixed menu. Alterations and substitutions are not available. Some dietary restrictions can easily be accommodated, others not as easy with a fixed menu.
