LEBANON! A celebration of the bold, generous flavors of Lebanon and the influence from its Eastern Mediterranean neighbors. All items are subject to refinement. MEZZE Muhammara — smooth, rich blend of roasted red peppers and walnuts with olive oil and warm spices, perfect for dipping Dolmas (House Made) — grape leaves stuffed with lemony rice, herbs, and za’atar* Tabbouli — Classic Middle Eastern salad of bulgur wheat, cucumber, tomato, mint, parsley, and fresh lemon Marinated Olives — variety of cured olives tossed with preserved lemon, olive oil, harissa*, and herbs Labneh — house-made yogurt cheese served with za’atar* and toum, a bright emulsion of garlic and lemon Malouf Salad — crunchy red cabbage with herbs and scallions, tossed in a creamy tahini dressing Pita — made in-house and baked fresh MAIN Musakhan — garlic and sumac–marinated chicken thighs, grilled and roasted, served with slow-cooked onions, pine nuts, and Lebanese za’atar* Imam Bayildi “The Imam Cries” — roasted eggplant topped with onions, tomatoes, and baharat* spice blend, cooked until deeply tender and richly caramelized Msabbaha “Unblended Hummus” — warm salad of whole chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, roasted garlic, and fresh parsley DESSERT Knafeh Cheesecake — influence from the Middle Eastern favorite; a flaky phyllo crust supports a delicate ricotta cheesecake scented with orange blossom water, finished with crunchy chickpea brittle *The Silk Road Spice Blends ___________________ Price includes the entire menu above, packaged for curbside pick-up, as well as gratuities for your Silk Road Catering Team! Exact directions for curbside pickup will be sent with your confirmation email after booking. Meals will be packaged in compostable or recyclable containers suitable for the number of dinners you ordered, all boxed family style. For example, if you ordered multiple dinners, all the cold items will be packaged together, and all the warm items together. (Nobody wants their steak sauce to smother their dessert!) Utensils are not included. This is a fixed menu. Alterations and substitutions are not available. Some dietary restrictions can easily be accommodated, others not as easy with a fixed menu.
