Berbere Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp



Ethiopian Berbere Spice Blend



Really EASY!!!

  • 1 lb shrimp

  • ½ lb bacon

  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp Berberé

  • salt to taste

  1. Wrap each shrimp in slice of bacon and skewer

  2. Toss in XVOO, lemon, Berberé & salt

  3. Cook on grill or pan fry
