Mexico! ONE NIGHT ONLY, Saturday, April 15th! APPETIZER Ceviche: Mahi-mahi and lightly sauteed squid in a citrus and herb blend with avocado and heirloom tomatoes SALAD Spring mix with habanero vinaigrette, pickled beets, tamari glazed pepitas, and cotija cheese ENTREE Puerco Pibil: slow-roasted pork braised overnight in a rich and tangy blend of tequila, citrus, and achiote. Roasted sunrise potatoes with Harissa, garlic, lime, and a Mexican herb blend of parsley, thyme, sage, and tarragon. Roasted half poblano pepper stuffed with a rich filling of seasonal vegetables. DESSERT Key Lime Pie! Sweet and tangy, topped with delicate whipped crème fraîche and lime zest Bookings close Monday, April 10th ___________________ Price includes the entire menu above packaged for curbside pick-up, as well as gratuities for your Silk Road Catering Team! Exact directions for curbside pickup will be sent with your confirmation email after booking. Meals will be packaged in compostable or recyclable containers suitable for the number of dinners you ordered, all boxed family style. For example, if you ordered multiple dinners, all the cold items will be packaged together, and all the warm items together. (Nobody wants their steak sauce to smother their dessert!) Utensils are not included. This is a fixed menu. Alterations and substitutions are not available. Some dietary restrictions can easily be accommodated, others not as easy with a fixed menu.
