Christmas Eve's Eve! ONE NIGHT ONLY, Saturday, December 23rd! (Menu edited 12/1/23) APPETIZER Mushroom Focaccia: The Silk Road Restaurant classics with a variety of local mushrooms sautéed in butter and garlic and served with Le Petit Rosemary Focaccia (subject to change based on seasonal availability of mushrooms) SALAD Vibrant salad of fresh spinach, toasted almonds, creamy goat cheese, sweet-tart brandied cranberries tossed in a ginger-white balsamic vinaigrette ENTREE Prime rib roasted low and slow for a perfect firm yet buttery texture, paired with zesty horseradish cream and an umami-rich au jus. Argentine Chicken smothered in chimichurri slow cooked with onion, garlic, red wine vinegar and herbs Dijon-infused whipped potatoes with a hint of garlic and a touch of cream. Grilled seasoned broccolini served with balsamic reduction Tarragon Carrots braised with butter and cream sherry DESSERT A festive gingerbread cake adorned with whipped maple cream and a jewel-like candied orange slice Bookings close Monday, December 18th ___________________ Price includes the entire menu above packaged for curbside pick-up, as well as gratuities for your Silk Road Catering Team! Exact directions for curbside pickup will be sent with your confirmation email after booking. Meals will be packaged in compostable or recyclable containers suitable for the number of dinners you ordered, all boxed family style. For example, if you ordered multiple dinners, all the cold items will be packaged together, and all the warm items together. (Nobody wants their steak sauce to smother their dessert!) Utensils are not included. This is a fixed menu. Alterations and substitutions are not available. Some dietary restrictions can easily be accommodated, others not as easy with a fixed menu.
