Be My Valentine! ONE NIGHT ONLY, Wednesday, February 14th! Appetizer: "Gamberi Ripiene alla Risho" - Two shrimp stuffed with a rich, buttery pesto basil filling, wrapped in prosciutto and skewered with tomato on a rosemary sprig Salad: Thin slices of poached pear, crispy pancetta, house-made crispy parmesan chips, and a tangy champagne vinaigrette on fresh chopped romaine. Entree: Chicken Cordon Bleu - 8oz chicken breast stuffed with melted gruyere and prosciutto, lightly breaded and baked to golden brown perfection. Garnished with bold sun-blushed grape tomatoes and fresh herb Potatoes Au Gratin - layered casserole of potatoes, cheese and rich cream sauce, topped with minced scallions and fresh herbs Roasted Brussels Sprouts - Baked until slightly crispy, tossed with caramelized onions and melted parmesan. Topped with lemon zest. Dessert: Triple chocolate cheesecake with a rosemary huckleberry topping *Please type Gluten-Free in the notes before payment during checkout. Exact directions for curbside pickup will be sent with your confirmation email after booking. Meals will be packaged in compostable or recyclable containers suitable for the number of dinners you ordered, all boxed family style. For example, if you ordered multiple dinners, all the cold items will be packaged together, and all the warm items together. (Nobody wants their steak sauce to smother their dessert!) Utensils are not included. This is a fixed menu. Alterations and substitutions are not available. Some dietary restrictions can easily be accommodated, others not as easy with a fixed menu.
