For the past 40 years through four family restaurants, we have been refining and perfecting global cuisine
with Internationally-inspired spice blends.
Now, The Silk Road Restaurant presents eight of our amazing spice blends to the public!
We currently have 8 different blends from Japan, China, India, Persia, North Africa, Morocco, Egypt, & Ethiopia.
Some of the blends you will recognize by name, but they are all blended from our proprietary family recipes.
Each individual ingredient arrives at the restaurant in Missoula, Montana, in it’s natural whole state.
After the restaurant closes, the spices are then hand-roasted, ground to a precise texture,
meticulously blended according to our family recipes,
then vacuum-sealed to ensure explosive flavor.
We provide the blends in an attractive stackable tin,
shielding the contents from the two things that kill spices: light and oxygen.
As an added bonus, each spice has a Quick & Easy recipe (under 25 minutes) on the back label,
walking you through simple steps to an extraordinary meal!
All ingredients are 100% natural, with no preservatives or additives.
