RAS EL HANOUT CHICKEN TAGINE

Quick & Easy 15 Minute Recipe
  • 1 lb. Chicken Thigh chunks
  • 1 Eggplant chunks
  • 1 Zucchini chunks
  • 1 Tomato (round sliced)
  • 1/2cup Chickpeas, 
  • 4Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2cup Prunes, 
  • 1/2cup Almonds
  • 2 Tbsp Ras el Hanout
  1. Toss all ingredients.
  2. Cover in casserole or tagine.
  3.  Low heat on stove, or 300° oven, for at least 45 min, longer if possible.
