    Garam Masala Creamy Braised Chard

    • 2 bunches chard
    • 1/4cup ghee
    • 1Tbs Garam Masala
    • 1tsp salt
    • 1cup heavy cream
    1. Sauteé chard in ghee until wilted.
    2. Add Garam Masala & salt, continue to sauté
    3. Add heavy cream, reduce heat to low, simmer 20 minutes.
