EGYPTIAN PORK WITH DUKKAH

Quick & Easy 15 Minute Recipe
  • Eight pork loin medallions
  • 1Tbsp pomegranate syrup
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp cream sherry
  • 2 Tbsp Dukkah
  • salt to taste
  1. Combine wet ingredients; marinate pork for 10 minutes.
  2. Salt to taste.
  3. Rub in Dukkah.
  4. Sear on high heat to desired temperature.
