GLOBAL TASTING MENU

Open Every Night 5pm - 10pm

Remember "appetizer" time during dinner, that rare social time, where everyone shares in a selection of the house specialties?
Your entire
meal at The Silk Road is that incomparably fun experience exactly; sharing a multitude of fabulous flavors tapas-style with your favorite dinner partners
in a warm and gracious setting.

Also unique to The Silk Road is our "Guest Driven Menu." Seasonally, we recreate our Global Tasting Menu and we cordially ask our guests to vote on their favorite
dishes allowing us to unveil
a new "Guest-Driven Menu" every few months. This creates a level of participation that both guests and restaurateurs alike have never
seen before.
The Silk Road is an adventure in global cuisine and old-world hospitality!

If you're interested in participating in next season's Global Tasting Menu and would like

Abe, Sam & Elise Risho wish to send a very special THANK YOU to all those who participated in choosing the following menu items for inclusion in this menu.
