Duck breast seared in hazelnut butter served over 
braised red quinoa & petite romaine hearts, all topped with fresh currants

Slow-roasted pork belly, served with grilled fennel, 
crispy forest mushrooms & rose hip puree

Lamb shank spiced with Berberé (Ethiopian chili blend), braised with tomatoes & yogurt, 
served with Israeli cous cous, arugula pesto, and topped with garlic scape

Bosc pear filled with gorgonzola, poached in saffron & port, served over 
thai basel crème anglaise with pine nut brittle
