Master Chef Abraham Risho is preparing a four course feast, 
carefully pairing each course with the exclusive wines of Three Wine Company.


MENU

First Course
Arugula and duck breast salad, with pecans, pears, 
gorgonzola, and shallot vinaigrette

Seafood Course
Tamari-glazed wild Alaskan sockeye salmon with whipped celariac, 
yukon gold potatoes, and beet coulis

Entrée
Seared lamb loin with wild Montana chanterelle mushroom ragout 
and steamed red quinoa

Dessert
Fresh Montana Dixon melon ice topped with saffron yoghurt
