Mother's Day Brunch 2012



MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH
May 13, 2012




Whole Snapper grilled in dill, meyer lemon, parsley & butter; 
served over orzo & topped with grilled treviso (similar to radicchio), 
with a side garlic-lemon butter for dipping

Lamb Shank braised in cinnamon, fresh ginger, orange,
dried apricot & cashews, finished en croute (wrapped in puff pastry)

Game Hen slow roasted in Five Spice, 
served with pickled Spring vegetable slaw, 
hoisin sauce & Mandarin pancakes

Pork Loin Roulade with fresh cheese & herbs,
 braised in mole negro; served on sweet corn arepas,
topped with papaya-lime salsa
